REQUEST FOR DISCLOSURE OF INFORMANT JASON BRIDGER.
COMES NOW CROWN and pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 25.04 and 25.10 requests that the State disclose to Defendant the identity and location of any confidential informant used by the province in the above-captioned cause. In support of said motion, INFORMANT state's as follows:
JASON BRIDGER witnessed larry lutz in possession of a controlled substance contrary to section 810 of the criminal code of Canada on or about the 22nd day of march 2015.
1) ACCUSED is charged with the possession of a controlled substance.
2) Police reports provided by the province allege that such possession occurred in the presence of the informant JASON BRIDGER.
3) The informant has personal knowledge of the alleged offense and will support the CROWNS case to the above-captioned charge.
4) Disclosure of the informant is essential to a fair determination of the above-captioned cause.
THEREFORE, this Court orders the province to disclose to the Defendant the identity and location of the informant.

I wus in prison with him in Dorchester New Brunswick and he claimed to run regent park we called him out on it and ran him of unit 4 he now is st the westmirland farm minimum security
I got charged with this loser aswell. He cried to the cops. I have since heard he worked with all kinds of police. Funny he use to act so hard when he had his gun now i hear he gets run outa ranges since he got locked up in 2004. And his wack ass Jacinta Wong girlfriend stayed with him the whole time even though dude was getting fxking dudes while locked up. Remeber you use to act so hard Face lol!!
